New Citizens! Huzzah!

I couldn't wait for Saturday to announce the first wave of new citizens joining our quaint, somewhat deranged town of Good Toastville. Please join me in welcoming four new members, originally found in Daily Toast #59, 106, 173, and Sunday Brunch #13. You can also find them residing in the internment camp--I mean, relocation centre--found in City Hall. Keep an eye out this Saturday for another group of new folks, and remember, you still have time to join them!
